Sunita oversees all field programs and community partnerships at Green Foundation Nepal. With a background in social work and community development, she ensures that GFN's programs are culturally appropriate, inclusive, and effectively address the needs of Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities.

She has specialized expertise in gender mainstreaming, participatory rural appraisal, and community-led conservation. Sunita holds a Master's degree in Development Studies and is committed to ensuring that women and marginalized groups have equal voice and benefit in all GFN initiatives.
